|Pathway Team Leader in Ophthalmolgy - Band 5||
The Ophthalmology team have a 37.5 vacancy for a Pathway Team Leader based at Ashford Hospital. The successful candidate will validate and monitor the Trusts performance against 18 weeks waiting time standards ensuring patients receive treatments within the required timescales through monitoring and auditing patient pathways. Weekly reporting will play an important part within this role therefore a good understanding of the Trust systems is essential. Ophthalmology is an extremely busy environment and the ideal candidate would need to be proactive and use their initiative to ensure robust pathway management of a small team within the office and reception area. You will be required to attend and facilitate a weekly pathway meeting with prepared reports and updates on patients that have already or could potentially breach. |Cancer Pathway Co-ordinator in Urology - Band 4||
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Urology services at St Peters Hospital. It requires a high level of organisational skills and someone who is good at communicating with a wide range of health care professionals as well as patients and their relatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing a comprehensive management of Urology Cancer patients from referral to treatment, and become conversant and knowledgeable in the intricacies of multiple speciality waiting lists.

|Therapy Assistant - Band 4||
An opportunity has arisen for a Therapy Technical Assistant to join our dynamic, friendly and supportive team of physiotherapists and occupational therapists working across the Senior Adult Medical Services and Medical wards
This is a full time permanent position initially working Monday to Friday with weekend overtime, progressing to a 7 day working pattern as the service changes. This includes contributing to bank holiday cover.
We are looking for an enthusiastic, motivated person with physiotherapy or occupational therapy assistant experience, good communication skills and the ability to work with people as part of a multidisciplinary team. The therapy team treat a wide variety of medical conditions such as parkinsons, frailty syndrome, dementia, liver failure and other general medical conditions. You must enjoy working with elderly patients as well as younger groups.
