Ashford and St Peter’s Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust undertake Quality, Safety and Equality Impact Assessments (QSEIAs) for significant service changes, transformation programmes, cost improvement schemes and policy decisions.
QSEIAs help ensure that potential impacts on patient safety, clinical effectiveness, patient experience, workforce wellbeing and health inequalities are identified, assessed and mitigated before changes are implemented.
The Trust is committed to transparent and evidence-based decision making and publishes summaries of significant QSEIAs as part of its commitment to openness and accountability.
