KSS Neonatal Parent / Carer Survey
This survey should take around 20 minutes of your time. It is aimed at parents/carers who have had experience of having a baby in Neonatal care in Kent, Surrey and Sussex.
It will be hugely useful for us to understand parent /carer's experiences across Kent, Surrey and Sussex Neonatal Network and enable us to measure change. It will inform future planning and will ensure that families are at the heart of improvements in Neonatal care.
Your responses will be anonymised and may be shared within the network and the wider NHS for Quality Improvement purposes. This may involve Local Maternity and Neonatal Systems and Maternity and Neonatal Voices Partnerships for the specific hospital trust. We will not share your name or details which will make you or your family identifiable.
Maternity & Neonatal Partnership (MNVP) Lead
Hello, my name is Mo and I’m the Maternity & Neonatal Partnership (MNVP) Lead at Ashford St Peter’s hospital.
I’ve had all my children at St Peter’s; one of whom was brought up to NICU for some treatment shortly after birth.
The MNVP is a national initiative that brings together staff, parents and others to plan, review, improve, and develop maternity and neonatal services in a way that centres the voices of women and families.
The MNVP works in collaboration with the hospital through collect feedback from parents about their experiences of care at Ashford & St Peter’s hospital, and working together to make maternity & neonatal services better.
