Electronic Referral System (e-RS)
One of the steps towards digitising the NHS is introducing a new Electronic Referral System (e-RS), which will mean for you as a patient that any referral that your GP makes for a consultant led appointment will now be done electronically.

Surrey Care Record
The Surrey Care Record, developed by clinicians themselves, supports your care by putting all your health information in one safe and secure digital place. With comprehensive information about your health immediately to hand, clinicians can then use this information to provide the essential and sometimes life-saving care you need.

Choose Well
If you or your child feel unwell and ‘over the counter’ medicines are not helping, then don’t wait for it to get worse – speak to your GP and it may avoid a trip to hospital.
