▶   Clinical Practice Educator, Infusion Suite - Band 7

We are looking for an inspirational, energetic and experienced Systemic Anti-Cancer Therapy (SACT) educator to join our infusion suite team.

We want you to help shape the delivery of practice and professional education and training for SACT across the Trust. You will use your knowledge and skills to support the development of others, promote a positive and creative culture of learning and staff development and provide consultancy support for others offering advice and guidance on education and training issues relating to SACT.

▶   Superintendent Radiographer - Band 7

We now have an exciting opportunity for an experienced, pro-active Senior Radiographer to join the Imaging team and support the General radiography departments. You will work closely with the General Superintendent for these areas and have responsibility for the day to day operational management of the Ashford General radiography department including theatres.

Rotation to St Peter’s will also be required on occasions to support the Deputy Superintendent at this site.

▶   Outpatients Pathway Coordinator, Band 4, CMU

An exciting opportunity has arisen for someone to join the General and Specialist Medicine division at Ashford and St Peter’s Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust. A 37.5 hour full time role of Outpatients Pathway Coordinator is required to provide administrative support to the ASPH and G&W Dermatology departments. It requires a high level of organisational skills and someone who is good at communicating with a wide range of health care professionals as well as patients and their relatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for many roles including organising timetables, dealing with clinic capacity and the outpatient waiting lists for both new and follow up patients. Ideally the successful candidate will have an understanding of the 18-week pathway.

This post may be either hospital or community based with flexibility to move between care settings.

Salary: £25,147 to £27,597 a year Including HCA

▶   Care Coordinator - Swift Ward , Band 4

We are looking for an enthusiastic, flexible individual with excellent communication skills to join our team of nurses.

The priority will be to provide excellent discharge planning for the patients on Swift ward.

The role will involve working with mainly elderly patients and their families who often have complex discharge needs.

You will work closely with the Nurse in Charge and the discharge team to ensure safe and effective discharge processes are in place, and support the Ward Manager in the day to day discharge management of patients.

▶   Cardiographer, Band 2, Clinical Measurements

We are seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our Clinical Measurements team at Ashford and St Peters NHS Foundation Trust.

We are a very active department providing a wide range of invasive and non-invasive investigations including physiologist-led exercise testing, 24 hour ECG and BP monitoring and event recording. Due to an expansion in the service provision within the Trust, the number of cardiac tests being performed has vastly increased and, as such, we are looking to expand our team of ECG technicians.

Salary: £21,406 to £22,454 a year PRO RATA for part time hours - Including HCA
